Musical April Fools

Turn the music upside down for a perfect duet.
Score for Mozart's Upside Down Piece

This is a surprising bit of genius written for two violins and arranged here for 2-3 pianos or keyboards. We are not sure if Mozart wrote it or not but it is a fun piece to perform anytime and especially on April Fools day.

It consists of a one-page melody in the key of G. The duet partner plays from the same music but turns it upside down! The two performers play the music starting from opposite ends and it sounds beautiful!

I've added chord symbols that can be played by one of the piano players or you can add a third piano/keyboard and they can play just chords (known as 'comping).

Where you play the chords and how you voice them can change the mood of the duet in fun ways ... think April Fools!
